Accessibility & Individual Support

Clinica Vitalis is located within a newly refurbished historical building in The Ropewalk district of Nottingham.

Due to the nature and structural limitations of the building, some aspects of full physical accessibility may currently be limited.

However, we are committed to supporting patients individually and respectfully wherever reasonably possible. If you have any mobility requirements, disability access needs, sensory considerations, communication needs, or require additional support before attending, we encourage you to contact the clinic in advance so we can discuss how best to support your visit.Support available may include:

• induction loop support for hearing aid users
• accessible or enlarged printed materials on request
• multilingual written information where feasible
• additional appointment support arrangements where appropriate
• access to emergency and first aid support equipment on site

Please note that the toilet facilities within the clinic are constrained by the original layout of the historical building. As a result, the WC is not currently fitted with accessibility support rails and may require assistance from a carer or accompanying person for patients who require physical support with mobility or transfers.

Where we are unable to safely or appropriately meet a specific accessibility requirement within the current premises, we will aim to signpost patients to alternative accessible services or locations where appropriate.

Our aim is always to support patients in accessing care safely, respectfully, and in a way that is practical for their individual needs.
