Optional guidance
Not sure which consultation to choose?
The Care Navigator asks one or two simple questions and then opens the most appropriate booking route. It does not diagnose and you do not need to use it before booking.

When the concern is medical or overlapping
Sleep, hormones, weight, skin, energy and general health can influence one another. Where the concern is medical, unclear or crosses several areas, the complimentary Vitalis Health Triage Call offers a sensible first point of contact.
The call helps establish which full Clinica Vitalis consultation may be appropriate. It is not used to diagnose, prescribe or replace urgent, NHS or emergency care.

Speak to the clinic
You do not have to choose online. Reception can help with practical booking questions, and the secure contact form can be used for a brief written enquiry.
Call 999 for a life-threatening emergency. Use NHS 111 for urgent medical advice when it cannot wait for your usual GP. Severe chest pain, significant breathing difficulty, collapse, stroke symptoms, severe mental health crisis or rapidly worsening symptoms should not be submitted through an online booking form.

Results vary and treatment is never guaranteed simply because a consultation has been booked.
Book a Consultation FAQs
Questions before you book
Do I have to use the Care Navigator before booking?
No. The Care Navigator is optional. You can select any of the four consultation routes directly from the top of the page.
I have a skin concern but do not want to pay £69 yet. What should I book?
Choose the complimentary Skin & Beauty Video Consultation. It allows you to explain your concern and discuss the most appropriate starting point before deciding whether paid Advanced Skin Analysis is worthwhile.
What is the difference between Advanced Skin Analysis and the complimentary video consultation?
Advanced Skin Analysis is an in-clinic detailed consultation using OBSERV imaging and costs £69. The complimentary video consultation is a lighter initial conversation without advanced imaging. It is suitable when you are uncertain, want general guidance or prefer to speak to the team first.
Can the complimentary video consultation diagnose a skin condition?
No. A video consultation cannot replace an appropriate medical assessment or detailed in-person skin examination. The team may recommend Advanced Skin Analysis, a medical consultation, your NHS GP or another service depending on the concern.
What should I choose for acne, pigmentation or redness?
Advanced Skin Analysis is usually the strongest starting point when you want detailed assessment and imaging. You may instead choose the complimentary video consultation if you are not yet ready to book the paid assessment.
What should I choose for HydraFacial, facials or skincare advice?
Choose the complimentary Skin & Beauty Video Consultation. It is designed for skincare, facial treatment and HydraFacial enquiries as well as uncertain skin concerns.
What should I choose for anti-wrinkle injections or fillers?
Choose the Injectables Consultation with Nurse Chermaine. Suitability is assessed before any injectable treatment is planned.
What should I choose for hormones, sleep or weight management?
Choose the complimentary Vitalis Health Triage Call with Dr Mohammed Noaman. The call helps direct you towards the relevant full assessment and is not itself a medical consultation.
Can I discuss more than one medical concern?
Yes. Overlapping concerns are one reason to begin with the Vitalis Health Triage Call. A longer full consultation may then be recommended where appropriate.
Does booking mean I am suitable for treatment?
No. Consultation and assessment come first. Treatment may be unsuitable, may need to be delayed or another route may be safer or more useful.
Can I book by telephone?
Yes. Call Clinica Vitalis on 0115 902 9007. Reception can assist with practical booking questions.
What if I cannot find a suitable appointment time?
Use the secure contact form or call the clinic. The team can check availability and advise whether another appointment route is more suitable.
Is the Vitalis Health Triage Call a full GP consultation?
No. It is a complimentary care-navigation call. It does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, certification or a treatment plan.
Can urgent symptoms be assessed through these booking routes?
No. This page is not an urgent-care service. Call 999 for emergencies or use NHS 111 for urgent advice when appropriate.
