His background includes general practice, emergency and acute medicine, dermatology, sleep medicine and medical education.

Which consultation should I book?
Choose 20 minutes for one focused concern, 30 minutes for a more detailed problem or several related symptoms, and 60 minutes for complex histories or multiple interconnected concerns.
Can you arrange blood tests?
Yes. Blood tests can be arranged where they are likely to contribute meaningfully to assessment or management. Testing is charged separately.
Can you refer me to an NHS or private specialist?
Yes. Dr Noaman may provide an NHS or private referral where clinically appropriate. Acceptance, waiting times and further costs depend on the receiving service.
Can you arrange scans or X-rays?
Appropriate request or referral documentation may be provided. Imaging is completed by an external provider and charged separately.
Do I need to leave my NHS GP?
No. You can use Clinica Vitalis alongside your NHS GP and do not need to deregister from your NHS practice.
Is this service suitable for an emergency?
No. Clinica Vitalis does not provide emergency care. Call 999 or attend an emergency department for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms.
