Medical Care That Looks at the Whole Picture

Your symptoms may not fit neatly into one box. Sleep, hormones, weight, skin and general health can influence one another. At Clinica Vitalis, every medical pathway starts with careful assessment, clinical judgement and a plan shaped around you.

The Clinica Vitalis approach

One medical standard across every service

Listen carefully

Your symptoms, concerns, history and priorities shape the consultation.

Assess properly

We consider possible causes, risks, medication, lifestyle and wider health.

Treat selectively

Tests, prescriptions and procedures are offered only when clinically justified.

Connect your care

We can guide you between services when your health concerns overlap.

What to expect

Your journey through medical care

Step 1

Choose your starting point

Select the service closest to your main concern. Private GP is the best starting point when the problem is unclear or involves several symptoms.

Step 2

Attend a detailed assessment

We review your history, symptoms, medication, previous treatment, relevant risks and what you hope to achieve.

Step 3

Agree the right next step

This may include advice, testing, treatment, prescribing, monitoring, a procedure, specialist referral or reassurance.

Connected medical thinking

Because one symptom can have more than one explanation

Poor sleep can influence appetite, mood and hormonal regulation. Hormonal change can affect skin, energy, body composition and wellbeing. Weight-focused treatment can affect muscle, nutrition and skin health if it is not managed carefully.

Our medical services are designed to work together. The aim is not to push you into several programmes, but to identify the most relevant pathway and avoid fragmented care.

Medical services FAQs

Questions before booking

Which medical service should I book?

Choose the pathway that most closely matches your main concern. Book Private GP when the problem is new, unclear or involves several symptoms.

Can I discuss more than one health concern?

Yes, although complex or multiple concerns may require a longer consultation or follow-up appointment so each issue can be assessed safely.

Will I need blood tests or scans?

Not necessarily. Investigations are recommended only when they are likely to clarify the diagnosis, assess risk or change the management plan.

Are prescriptions or procedures guaranteed?

No. Treatment depends on clinical need, suitability, contraindications, informed consent and any monitoring requirements.

Where should I book for minor surgery?

Minor surgery assessment currently sits within the Dermatology pathway. A separate Minor Surgery page will be added in future.

Can treatment start during my first appointment?

Sometimes. In other cases, further information, tests, photographs, monitoring or a separate treatment appointment may be needed first.

Can Clinica Vitalis replace my NHS GP?

No. Patients should remain registered with an NHS GP. We can provide additional private care and share relevant information with your NHS team when appropriate and with your consent.
