HydraFacial Nottingham
Skin that feels cleaner, calmer and deeply hydrated.
If your skin feels congested, dehydrated or simply less fresh than usual, HydraFacial offers a gentle way to cleanse, exfoliate, extract and hydrate in one appointment. At Clinica Vitalis, HydraFacial is planned within a wider skin-health approach rather than treated as an isolated beauty procedure.
Our approach
More than a facial.
HydraFacial combines cleansing, exfoliation, painless extraction and serum infusion using a medical-grade device.
For some patients it is a monthly maintenance treatment. For others, it is the first step before IPL, fractional laser, skincare or a more structured skin programme.
HydraFacial can help reset the skin environment so that future treatments are planned from a cleaner, calmer foundation.
How it works
Four gentle steps to luminous skin.
Each stage is designed to improve clarity, comfort and hydration without unnecessary downtime.
Cleanse
A thorough cleanse to remove surface build-up, oil and impurities.
Exfoliate
Gentle resurfacing helps refine texture and prepare the skin.
Extract
Vacuum-assisted extraction clears congestion without squeezing.
Hydrate
Hydrating serums support glow, comfort and barrier function.
Treatment tiers
Choose the HydraFacial that fits your skin.

FAQ
Questions patients often ask.
Is there downtime?
No significant downtime is expected. Mild redness can occur and usually settles quickly.
How often should I have it?
For maintenance, monthly treatment can be useful. For specific skin goals, we may suggest a short course.
Does it hurt?
No. Most patients find it comfortable. The extraction stage may feel firm but should not be painful.
Can it help acne?
It may help congestion, oiliness and blocked pores, but acne is medical. Active acne may need assessment and a treatment plan.
Can I combine it with IPL or laser?
Sometimes. HydraFacial may be used before or between advanced treatments, but timing and suitability must be planned carefully.
Which HydraFacial should I choose?
Signature suits straightforward maintenance. Platinum is the fuller option for patients wanting lymphatic drainage, a booster and LED therapy. Platinum Plus is designed for a more comprehensive treatment of the face, neck and décolletage.
How much does HydraFacial cost?
Signature is £145, Platinum is £180 and Platinum Plus is £290. Courses of three and six are also available at the prices shown above.
When will I see a difference?
Skin often looks fresher and feels more hydrated soon after treatment, although the response varies with skin condition, lifestyle and the treatment selected.
Who may not be suitable?
Treatment may need to be postponed or modified if the skin is actively infected, significantly inflamed, sunburnt or otherwise compromised. Pregnancy, medication and recent procedures may also affect suitability.
Can HydraFacial treat pigmentation or rosacea?
It can support hydration and skin preparation, but established pigmentation, rosacea or visible vessels may require assessment and a different pathway such as IPL, medical skincare or dermatology review.
Do I need a consultation first?
Direct booking may be appropriate for uncomplicated HydraFacial treatment. More reactive skin, active acne, pigmentation, redness or plans for laser may require an Advanced Skin Analysis first.
If your skin is inflamed, reactive or compromised, we may advise calming the barrier first before any procedure.
Related skin pathways
When HydraFacial is only one part of the plan.
Some concerns need assessment, prescription skincare or an advanced treatment rather than repeated facials alone.
